Gym Progress ("the app") is developed by ZONESOFT S.R.L. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles. In short: the app is offline-first and we do not collect, store, or share your personal data.

Data you create

Your routines, exercises, logged sets, notes, and workout history are stored only on your device using local on-device storage. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes this data.

Data we collect

None. The app has no user accounts, no sign-up, and includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect identifiers, contacts, location, or usage data.

Network requests

To show exercise demonstration images, the app may load images from third-party image hosts. Such requests may expose your device's IP address to those hosts as a normal part of serving an image. No personal data is sent with these requests.

Notifications

With your permission, the app schedules local notifications for the rest timer and workout reminders. These are generated on your device and are not sent through any server.

Subscriptions

Gym Progress offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription (with a free trial) purchased through Apple. All payments and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy; we do not receive or store your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
